Your Membership Card Provides Simple Instructions

When you complete your application, the information you supply will be entered into our database. We will send you a copy of "your final wishes" and a membership card. Keep your membership card with you at all times in case of an emergency.

At the time of death, your membership documents authorize us to carry out "your final wishes." Your loved ones need make only one phone call to our office to activate your instructions.

Updating Your Final Wishes

As time passes, you may want to select a different service option. These changes can be made to your membership documents online at any time. Or you may initiate these changes by simply contacting our office at 402.393.0319.

Simple Cremation and Burial Savings

In addition to relieving an emotional burden, members can save hundreds of dollars when they utilize our simple cremation and burial services for their final wishes. As a member, you can take advantage of special pricing on our service packages, or receive up to a 15% discount off of the retail price on all our Urns, Caskets, and Vaults.

All of your dependant children under 21 years of age are included in your paid membership.
