Michelle Emert

Michelle Renee Emert passed away at the age of 48, on May 26, 2024.

 Michelle was born on October 17, 1975 to Cheryl and Joe Emert in Omaha, NE. 

Michelle had a knack for making people laugh, she is feisty and outspoken but would do anything for anyone and always lit up the room with her smile and sense of humor. She loved her family deeply with her children Hollie and Elijah being her pride and joy. Michelle loved being a mother more than anything, if there was ever something she couldn’t do or get, she found a way to get it done. Michelle’s life was more precious than rubies and all the things you desire simply cannot compare to her. She became a grandmother to Laiken Edward on October 26, 2022, she adored Laiken so much and loved every minute she got with him. Michelle took care of her mother full time, she enjoyed their late night laughs. Michelle enjoyed life so much, she will always be remembered for her strength, love, support and mostly being a loving mother. 

She is survived by her parents, Cheryl and Joe Emert, daughter Hollie Sue, son Elijah Edward, grandson Laiken Edward, brother Allen, sister Amy, nieces, nephew, great nieces and nephew and a great host of family and friends.
